Rental Application

To apply for this rental opportunity, there are a few steps to follow:

  1. Review the Rental Application below and House Rules.
  2. Provide all requested information on the Application. If you have any questions about filling in the fields, contact us at info@savannahstudentrentals.com.
    • Tip: Depending on your screen size, the form may be easier to view by setting your browser to 80% or 90% zoom.
    • Tip: If you see an error message that a field cannot be left blank after entering information, try pressing the “Enter” key twice.
  3. Please make sure that the Applicant’s and Guarantor’s email addresses are the correct ones for all follow-up communications.
  4. Click the “Submit” button, which takes you to the application fee payment page.
  5. Pay the fee of $75.00 per Application (non-refundable) for credit and background screenings.

After fee payment is confirmed, the Applicant and Guarantor will each receive an email from TransUnion SmartMove to start the screenings. Your application will be reviewed along with the screening results.

NOTE: We do not lease on a first come, first served basis.  We approve the most qualified applicants based on all the information collected.

Minimum Requirements for Application
– Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
– A guarantor is required for student applicants, unless student can document sufficient income (3 times monthly rental amount).
– Applicant (or guarantor) must have 650 or higher credit score.
– Acceptable reports on rental history, income, employment, criminal and eviction history, credit score, and payment history.
– Applicant and guarantor agree to credit and background checks.

I certify that all information provided in the Rental Application is true and correct and understand that my Lease Agreement may be terminated if I have made any materially false or incomplete statements in the application. I authorize Savannah Student Rentals LLC or its agent(s) to obtain information about me from my credit sources, current and previous landlords, employers, and personal references. I give permission to Savannah Student Rentals LLC or its agent(s) to obtain consumer reports about me for the purpose of verifying the information provided in this application form, to ensure that I continue to meet the terms of the tenancy, for the collection and recovery of any financial obligations relating to my tenancy, or for any other permissible purpose. I authorize my email address to be provided to TransUnion to initiate such consumer reports. These permissions will be valid for a minimum of two years after the expiration of my tenancy or as required by applicable law.
