The Security Deposit of $1000 is required prior to move-in. As detailed in the Lease Agreement, the Security Deposit will be returned to Tenant within 30 days following the termination of the lease, subject to a post-lease inspection finding no damage to the premises and only normal wear and tear. Please Note: The security deposit is not and shall not be considered a payment in advance of any rent that shall become due during the period of this Lease.
